The time that it took to run this post I'd have a list of clipart sites as long as your arm. I will give this advice though as you are new (and it is in the links I provided), the standard PC formats of.gif,.bmp and.wmf are pretty rubbishy formats and most of the material that circulates in them is equally bad. The standard formats of.tiff,.png,.jpeg etc for bitmaps and.eps,.ai and.pdf all work perfectly on the Mac.pdf files are the preferred native format and.eps/.ps and some.ai files will be automatically converted to.pdf when you import them. I am aware though that it comes down to taste and if you find Word's material acceptable then just continue to use it. As has been said it mostly transfers. It is very easy to get it from the Internet. There is also the issue of quality, which you usually have to pay for, but there are ample sites with good quality for free.
